This Tomorrow's CFO seminar was held on Thursday April 21st, and looked at sales performance and financial outcomes.

The first Tomorrow’s CFO event of 2016 brought together finance leaders from large and complex organisations, to discuss the analysis of sales performance and financial outcomes.

We were also delighted to welcome Jason Peters, Head of Finance, Europe at Thomson Reuters who shared his experience of applying innovative analysis techniques to the sales pipeline in his organisation, and how this helped him develop an improved strategic decision-making process.Highlights of the session included:

  • What techniques are helpful in reducing these errors
  • How finance can help the sales team optimise their operational activity
