The Indutrade Flowtechnology Management Board manage all the subsidiaries within the group making it essential for them to have comprehensive board reports that are visual in order to steer the dialogue and drive performance across the group.

The solution
Metapraxis Nordic worked with the senior financial management of the group to build visual subsidiary board reports that show both historic and future trends. The board reports were made to effectively analyze and visualize variances, historic and future trends, forecast risks and future scenarios. Important key indicators were defined and presented in monthly, accumulated and moving annual totals together with variances versus previous year, budget and forecast. Furthermore, the du Pont-scheme for analyzing profitability and working capital was included.
It provides a bespoke, in-house view of the business, supported by an incredible team with in-depth knowledge of the finance model and operations.
