Operations & Change at Metapraxis
As our business continues to grow we must evolve and scale our operations to support this. Our mission as a team is to create and maintain the conditions for success and our remit spans HR & Culture, L&D & Enablement, Support, Facilities, PMO & Administration. Our strategic plan requires us to build resilience across our teams, processes and technology. Effectively planning and managing a programme of change is a significant part of this challenge.
We are looking for an experienced change or programme manager to manage and oversee the execution of the internal projects under our strategic change programme. The role will also assume responsibility for our vendor management process and help advocate and embed best practice project management methods across the business.
As Change Management Lead you will be responsible for ensuring that our planned change programme delivers on our strategic objectives. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will identify and scope opportunities for strategic improvement and manage a programme of change projects to achieve this. We are looking for a results-focused self-starter, who can work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams to achieve results. You will be confident working with both technology and people to drive improvement and resilience across the business.
